I LOVE Legs Workout

This workout left my legs SCREAMING (in ecstasy) for three days. Just delicious. 

HERE WE GO:

Have a timer set for one minute intervals.

Set One (0-5 minutes)

For five minutes every minute on the minute perform:

10 alternating jump lunges

and 

10 jump squats

Your rest is the amount of time you have left over in the minute (this first set should take about 30-40 seconds)

Then sprint for one minute as fast as you can.

Take one minute rest

Set Two (5-10)

For the next five minute set every minute on the minute perform:

12 alternating jump lunges 

and

12 jump squats

Then sprint for one minute as fast as you can.

Take one minute rest

Set Three (10-15)

For the final five minute set every minute on the minute perform:

15 alternating jump lunges

and

15 jump squats

Then sprint for one minute and try not to fall down over your own legs.

This was probably the worst (and by worst I of course mean best) legs workout I have EVER done. This is the new legs for days. Give it a go! Seriously, this workout will knock you out in 15 minutes flat!
