Distillery District Workout

This past weekend Matt and I went do to the hip and happening distillery district in Toronto to shoot this new workout video! A total full body workout in less than 15 minutes. It's a killer! Let me know what you think in the comments. Thanks!

The Workout

Set timers to 15 minutes and complete as many rounds as possible of the following exercises:

1. Chair hop overs – 20 reps

2. Chair knee-ups – 20 reps left and right

3. Push-ups – 20 reps

4. Rower sit-ups – 20 reps
